Dio Alpha Co is a small clothing business founded by roommate, Rene Vorilas, and I in the Spring of 2018. Dio Alpha features hand-painted denim jackets with custom designs. Rene and I created Dio Alpha as an outside source of income as college students. With drive and dedication, we were able to sell our jackets in boutiques across Long Island, such as Pandemonium Boutique in Babylon, NY and C'est La Vie in Lindenhurst, NY. We additionally collaborated with the brand Island Rose Designs, a small business that sells Long Island themed apparel, most popularly the "Island Girl" tee. The brand reached out to us to create a collection of "Island Girl" denim jackets, which they sold online and through boutiques. Our custom painted "Island Girl" jacket was worn by Real Housewife of Orange County Gina Kirschenheiter, featured on an episode on Bravo.
